Appointments
If going to the chiropractor is a new experience for you, don’t worry! We’re here to help you shed your pain and get back on your feet. Your first visit to our practice will be about getting to know your chiropractor, and a chance for us to get to know you! Appointments at our office typically begin with a bit of paperwork, as you no doubt would expect. Your skilled chiropractor will perform a physical examination, and prescribe any necessary x-rays to learn more about the cause of your pain. We’ll also discuss your current condition and your goals. If you would like to make an appointment or have any questions, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Insurance-Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and discuss your coverage and financial responsibility. We accept most major medical including: Horizon BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, Cigna, Anthem BCBS and others. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. A fee may be charged for a no show or late cancellation, and patients may be discharged from our practice for repeatedly missing scheduled appointments.
